Studio Art Class went outside to the school garden and did a line drawing of a sunflower. Students then drew a contour line around the negative space of the flower and repeated drawing lines until they ran out of space.

After another successful volunteer work day, our walkway is in place and the center bed is prepared. We can’t wait for students to see what’s growing and have a little sampling next week!

Our garden is growing by leaps and bounds! We have lettuce, beans, and radishes ready to donate to the food pantry. Want to lend a hand with the harvest? We’ll be picking this Thursday morning, July 28th at 10:00 am.
